Delete your account
You can delete your DragonSignUp account yourself, from the website or the app.
How to delete it
- Sign in at dragonsignup.com or in the DragonSignUp app.
- Open Profile. On a phone it’s in the menu at the top right.
- Scroll to Delete account, type your email address to confirm, and press Delete my account.
What happens
These happen as soon as you confirm:
- Every event seat you hold is released, and whoever is next on the waitlist takes it.
- You’re removed from your teams.
- Your name, email and phone number are cleared, and you can’t sign in again.
Everything else tied to your account is permanently deleted within 30 days. There’s no undo, because your seats have already gone to someone else.
What we keep
- Encrypted backups can hold deleted data for up to 30 days before they rotate out.
- Billing records for a paid team plan are kept as tax law requires, usually 7 years.
- Analytics that no longer identify you are kept. They were never linked to your name.
The Privacy Policy has the full detail in section 10.
If it says you can’t delete yet
If you’re the only admin of a team that still has other members, we ask you to hand the team on first, so the crew isn’t left without anyone to run it. Make another member an admin from the team’s roster page, then delete your account.
If you can’t sign in
On the log in page, choose Email me a sign-in link. It works even if you never set a password. The Can’t log in? page covers the other common problems.
If you still can’t get in, contact support from the email address on your account and we’ll help you.
